Being a pastor is a difficult calling. It demands knowledge to help members grow spiritually, skills to challenge people through sermons, compassion to help bear their burdens, and vision to lead the congreagation to accept new opportunitites for service. Unfortunately, many pastors take the Lone Ranger approach to their tasks. They fail to utilize the experience of others who have walked their way.

When I accepted the call of a large surburban, my weekly sermons were recorded and printed, They received a wide acceptance and now are available to you. Also, there are other materials that you will find helpful. You do not have to buy a book of sermons but you can download one a topic or a series.

Helping the pastor is desined to be a companion in your ministry.
